one link. your entire practice.

the portal your clients actually log into — courses, booking, payments, notes, messages, community. one home, one link, one thing to maintain.

01 / the problem

seven tools,
zero cohesion.

calendly. stripe. google drive. whatsapp. squarespace. venmo. notion. seven logins, seven monthly bills, none of them talk to each other. your clients deserve better than a shared google doc and a cash-app request.

one portal.
one link · one bill · one home

your work is sacred. your toolstack shouldn't feel like chaos.

one place
they come back to.

not a landing page they visit once. the home base where your clients live between sessions, before sessions, after sessions. switch tabs to see each surface.

the 4-7-8 breathing pattern is genuinely changing my mornings. anyone else practicing it daily? curious how others are fitting it into a routine.

strong session. she's integrating the morning practice well. explored a new 4-7-8 rhythm — noticeable shift in nervous system regulation by the second round. arrived holding tension in the diaphragm, left softer. continue with current protocol; introduce grief module next week if she asks.

first session back after her retreat in tepoztlán. grounded energy, ready to establish a daily practice routine. we set the intention together — consistency before depth. she committed to 20 min every morning for 21 days.

integration
third session. iván is moving from processing to integration — the insights from the ceremony are starting to land in daily life. recommended the nervous system reset course and a reduction in stimulant intake.

grief surfaced around the loss of her father. held space. recommended slow pace, no new material this week. follow up in 7 days — do not push.

03 / what's inside

the things you actually need.
nothing you don't.

every surface is built for how practitioners actually work — not a generic saas with a yoga-themed homepage. each piece connects to the next so your client never loses the thread.
01

your own
landing page.

your brand, your offerings, your booking widget. one link you put everywhere — instagram bio, email signature, back of a business card. built into the portal, not another tool to maintain.

02

booking that
runs itself.

powered by cal.com. clients see your real availability and book directly. confirmations, reminders, and reschedule links go out on their own. you never send another "does tuesday work?" message.

03

payments,
finally clean.

stripe handles the money. one-time sessions, packages, subscriptions, memberships, invoices — all through your portal instead of a sketchy venmo link. 10% platform fee, that's the whole deal.

04

courses with
structure.

modules, lessons, drip content, media progress tracking. video, audio, articles, PDFs. clients pick up where they left off instead of scrolling through a google drive folder called final-final-v3.

05

messages,
not whatsapp.

threaded messaging between you and each client. when they write, you get an email. when you reply, it's in the thread. nothing gets buried in a group chat at 2am.

06

notes that
remember.

write after every session. private or shared, your call. tagged by modality, searchable across all clients. they see their own progress if and when you want them to.

04 / pricing

honest pricing.
no surprises.

every tier includes a landing page, cal.com booking, stripe payments, and white-glove setup in 48 hours. a 10% platform fee on payments processed — clients see gross, you see net.

built from a real practice.

yourloka started as the internal portal for sacred counsel — a plant medicine retreat center in mexico that needed more than a booking page and a stripe link. they needed the thing they actually use every day.

we built it for them. it worked. clients stayed inside the portal instead of scattering across whatsapp threads. sessions got documented. courses got delivered. payments cleared without explanation.

now it's a product. the same infrastructure, opened up to practitioners everywhere who are tired of duct-taping seven tools together.

questions
you've asked.

if yours isn't here, write to us. we read everything.

do i need a website first?

+
no. your yourloka portal is your website. you get a landing page with your brand, offerings, and booking built in. if you already have a site, you can link to your portal from it — or redirect your domain and let us host the whole thing.

can i use my own domain?

+
yes. on the pro and organization tiers, you can point your existing domain (yourname.com) at your portal. we handle the dns setup during onboarding. your url is yours, not ours.

how does booking work?

+
we use cal.com under the hood — open source, privacy-respecting, and designed to be embedded. you set your availability and session types. clients book directly from your portal. confirmations, zoom links, and reminders are automated.

do you take a cut of what i earn?

+
we take a 10% platform fee on payments processed through the portal. no hidden fees, no tiered commissions. your clients see the gross price, you see the net. stripe's standard processing fee (~2.9% + 30¢) is separate and goes to stripe.

can i migrate from squarespace / kajabi / practice better?

+
yes. we handle the migration during the 48-hour onboarding. courses, client lists, and content get moved over. we'll also redirect your old links so nothing breaks for your existing clients.

what if i only need the basics?

+
the starter tier at $29/month is designed exactly for that. landing page, booking, payments, notes, messaging. no courses, no community — just the essentials to run a solo practice. upgrade later if you want.

who is behind this?

+
yourloka is a product of astral labs — a business infrastructure studio for wellness practitioners and spiritual organizations, based in mazunte, oaxaca. we only build for this industry. that's the whole practice.

one portal.
one link.
your practice.
